You just made my day :) Marcello has done well so far to appear as a mild-mannered professor who spent his time lecturing on Crescent (Arabic) history - and he was, for a time. Only very few group members has picked up on the fact that he has been something of a spy during the time he travelled in the Crescent Empire and that he has some very shady skills. I think he will be able to pull off the murderer part nicely ... in theory only, of course.
